Although a device may be declared to have an IP68 rating when brand new, waterproof sealing isn't guaranteed on refurbished devices. This is because some devices may be opened during the refurbishing process so that tests can be conducted or repairs may be made.
While our vendors do their best to handle these devices and (if necessary) will refurbish them accordingly with the best components, waterproofing isn't guaranteed.
As a result, any water damage to your device will void your 12-Month-Vendor Warranty.
However, if you have purchased our extended ReebeloCare Warranty, your device will be covered for up to one accidental damage incident, including any physical damage to the screen and/or the other internal & external components, from the date of purchase till the first 24 months. Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
