All our plans are serviced by our partner, XCover by CoverGenius. A dedicated claims manager at XCover will review and approve your claim within 24 hours. Once the claim is approved, you will receive a complimentary return label for your damaged device to be sent to a certified technician. Depending on your location and the extent of the damage, you may be offered an on-site service at our discretion. If the device cannot be fixed, you will receive a refund in the form of cash or store credit.
If you purchased ReebeloCare before 27th Feb 2023:
After you submit a claim, our customer service team will provide you with a free return label (within 24 - 48 business hours). Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and repaired or replaced. We aim to settle all our claims within 7 working days.
