Batteries can come in three different conditions:
- Standard - A professionally tested, reliable battery with at least 80% of its original capacity, ensuring solid everyday performance
- Elevated - A professionally tested, high-capacity battery with at least 90% of its original capacity, providing extended usage and longevity
- New - A professionally tested battery at 100% capacity, delivering maximum power and performance. Note that there may be a few cycles on the battery from testing
Should you face any problems with the battery during your 12-Month-Vendor Warranty period, please submit a 12-Month Vendor Warranty claim.
