Step 1: Login or create a Reebelo account using the email used to purchase the product.
Step 2: Head over to “My orders''. Identify the product you’re having issues with and click either of these 2 options.
Step 3: Depending on when you purchased your ReebeloCare plan, you will either be shown a form or redirected to a partner portal to submit a service request.
Step 4: A dedicated agent will be assigned and will guide you through the whole process
