If you've placed an order on Reebelo before, then you've already started the account creation process! If you are having trouble logging in and don't recall creating an account, please first try resetting your password by entering the email you used during checkout. Once you've reset the password, try logging in with the password and email.

Depending on when you purchased your ReebeloCare Warranty plan, you will either be shown a form or redirected to a partner portal to submit a service request.

Important: ReebeloCare works alongside your existing rights, including your Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and 12-Month Vendor Warranty. We will always check your inquiry against all your rights first. If your issue can be addressed under your ACL or Vendor Warranty, we will do so without using your ReebeloCare benefits or charging you any service fees associated with the plan.
While some of your rights may overlap, you always have the option to choose to use the benefits of your ReebeloCare plan. Reebelo will advise you on the best and most appropriate way to resolve any issues.
