ReebeloCare extends the 12 Months Warranty for an additional year and provides repair services for damages from handling such as drops, spills and cracks during normal use from the date of purchase up to the Goods purchase price. Issues arising from mishandling that is covered by ReebeloCare will also have additional services provided to you at out discretion including but not limited to:
- Worldwide cover: An option to acquire repair services abroad
- Battery replacement: Replacing batteries that are damaged from mishandling
- Walk-in repair: An option to visit a local repair facility
General exclusions
- General wear-and-tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the Goods
- Damages arising out of your negligence or misuse including the use of refurbished goods that are not guaranteed to be water resistant in locations that exposes the Goods to water or liquid damage such as at the beach or in the swimming pool
- Loss, deletion or corruption of any data stored on the Goods; and
- Lost or stolen Goods including any damage arising from the event
- Goods for which the IMEI or Serial Number is no longer recognizable or retrievable due to damage
- Goods that have been opened or repaired that are not authorized by Reebelo.
- Goods that are damaged during shipment to and from your location.
Your ReebloCare coverage can also be different depending on when the plan was purchased. Please refer to the corresponding terms and conditions below:
Plan purchased before 27 February 2023
- Additional Exclusions: liquid damage, worldwide cover, walk-in repair services
- One (1) repair for accidental damage and one (1) warranty claim throughout the 24-month cover period.
- Service fees:
- $99 for Goods purchased below $500
- $199 for Goods purchased between $501 - $1200
- $249 for Goods purchased more than $1200
Plan purchased from 27 February 2023 (Terms & conditions here)
- Service fees:
- Repair: 10% of Goods purchase price
- Replacement / Refund: 20% of Goods purchase price
How does it work?
We encourage you to file a service request through your Reebelo’s account within 30 days of the incident or issues observed. You must provide pictures of the device, including one that clearly displays the IMEI (for smartphones) and Serial Number (non-smartphones) on the product for the purpose of verification.
Once a claim is submitted, a dedicated agent will review and determine the most suitable resolution available including but not limited to 1) repair, 2) replace, 3) refund. You will be required to pay the service fee as outlined in the Terms and Conditions corresponding to your ReebeloCare plan.
- Repair: Whenever possible, we will always attempt to repair a damaged or faulty device. Depending on your location and the extent of the damage, you may be offered 1) a mail-in service, 2) a walk-in service at one of our authorized repair facilities or 3) a walk-in service at your local repair facilities.

Replace: If we determine that the device cannot be repaired, we will either source for a replacement in a similar specification and condition of the original purchased Goods or issue a store credit worth 80% of the original purchased Goods purchase price that can be used immediately. We will also take ownership of the damaged Goods before issuing a replacement or store credit.
- If the Goods were replaced by Us, the replacement Goods will have a 3 months warranty for defects, malfunctions, mechanical and electrical failures. The replacement Goods are no longer covered under additional services by ReebeloCare such as Physical and Liquid damage cover.
- Refund: In the event that a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a refund in the form of cash or store credit less the service fee which is 20% of the device purchase price.
Subsequent Service Requests - If your device has been serviced in the past under this plan, the repair or replacement costs shall not exceed the remaining limit which is the Goods purchase price. In the event that the cost to service exceeds the remaining limit, you will receive a refund of the remaining limit less the service fee which is 10% of the device purchase price.
Your ReebeloCare plan will expire after 24 months from the purchase date OR; when the total repair cost reaches the Goods purchase price OR; when a replacement Good is provided to you OR; when a refund is issued, whichever occurs first.
