Damages, while rare, can occasionally happen during shipping. Not to worry, we're here to help!
Damages can include physical flaws including cracked/broken screens, dents or scratches beyond the specified condition, as well as functional flaws including a broken speaker or camera.
If your item arrived damaged, please report the issue as soon as possible, within 4 business days following delivery, to help us resolve it quickly and for the vendor to report the issue to the shipping carrier. This timeline doesn't affect any claims for faults that you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We reporting the issue, please provide photos of
- The damaged item, including clear, well-lit images of the damage
- The packaging, including all sides
- The shipping label, including the tracking number

Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
