To receive a preliminary quote, you need to complete a few questions about the condition of your device. You'll then ship your device and a on-site inspection will be completed to confirm the condition. Depending on the outcome of the inspection, the preliminary quote may change.
In the unlikely event that the final quote is different from the preliminary quote, you can choose to accept the new offer or reject the offer and have the device returned to you.
