These repairs may use components from other manufacturers or other same model phones. This may prompt some messages on the latest Apple devices stating "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine...". Please rest assured that our certified technicians only use high quality parts to repair the device and the functionality of the phone will not be impacted by this message. If you're experiencing product defects with your device, hardware and/or software, you're welcome to make a warranty claim within the 12-month warranty period. You can find instructions on doing so here.
Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
