In the unlikely event of defect with your device, Reebelo will arrange for it to be returned and serviced by the vendor, free of charge, when you inform us of the defect within the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty period, provided that the defect was not brought on due to any physical or accidental damage.
What’s not covered?
- Any damage or malfunction arising out of or directly caused by liquid ingress
- Gradual wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device functionality
- Any damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
- Any loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
- Any repairs/open-inspection made by third parties
Note that if you have purchased our extended ReebeloCare Warranty, your device will be covered for up to one accidental damage incident, including any physical damage to the screen and/or the other internal & external components, from the date of purchase through the first 24 months. Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
If you are not satisfied with a remedy under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty period and/or you feel that your ACL rights are not being appropriately observed, then you can submit your concerns in writing to escalation@reebelo.com.au.
