Our standard 12-Month Vendor Warranty covers all product defects—both hardware and software—that occur during the warranty period. It also includes any significant discrepancies between what you ordered and what was delivered.
If an issue arises during the warranty period, your item may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or any third party (e.g., friends, family, or external factors). This includes, but isn’t limited to, damage from:
-
Impact or force
-
Water or liquid exposure
-
Unauthorized tampering or repairs (e.g., having the device opened, inspected, or repaired by an unauthorized service provider)
Under the terms of the Vendor Warranty, damage resulting from the above is not eligible for warranty remedies. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.
However, the terms don't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and if you'd like, we can proceed to have the device returned to the vendor for inspection. If, during inspection, the vendor finds the issue qualifies as a major failure not caused by misuse, you may be entitled to a remedy as defined under the ACL. However, if the vendor determines the issue stems from accidental or intentional damage, the device will not be covered, and repair costs will be your responsibility.
ReebeloCare Extended Warranty
If you’ve purchased ReebeloCare, your device is covered for up to one incident of accidental damage—such as physical damage to the screen or internal/external components—within the first 24 months from the purchase date.

Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
If you are not satisfied with a remedy under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty period and/or you feel that your ACL rights are not being appropriately observed, then you can submit your concerns in writing to escalation@reebelo.com.au.
