In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may make a change-of-mind return of your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You can read more about how to make a change-of-mind claim return here. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the item is returned to the vendor, they will complete an inspection of the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use or physical damage, the vendor reserves the right to reject the return and/or apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows the vendor to protect their items and customers from others who misuse and abuse the return policy.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty devices are not limited to this period. If your device has passed the 14-day change-of-mind return period but is still under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty, we'll offer a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault. This doesn't affect your rights under ACL, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund if the device has a major fault. You can make a 12-Month-Vendor Warranty claim here.
Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
