These repairs may use components from other manufacturers or other same model phones. This may prompt some messages on the latest Apple devices stating "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine...". Rest assured that our certified technicians only use high quality parts to repair the device and the functionality of the phone will not be impacted by this message. However, if you're experiencing product defects with your device, hardware and/or software, you're welcome to make a claim via your 12-Month-Vendor Warranty. You can find instructions on doing so here.
