14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Learn how to submit a change-of-mind return here.
To be eligible, the device must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once received, the vendor will inspect the item. If there are clear signs of use or physical damage, the vendor may reject the return or issue a partial refund, as deemed reasonable. This policy helps protect both the vendor and customers from misuse.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to report the issue as soon as possible—ideally within a few business days of delivery. Prompt reporting helps us resolve the matter quickly and allows the vendor to lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.
This recommended timeframe does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty products. You can learn more about making a damaged-in-transit claim here.
Warranty and Consumer Rights
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty products are not limited by this 14-day period. If your device develops a fault after the change-of-mind window has passed, you can request an inspection and, depending on the issue, a suitable remedy. Make a warranty claim here.
Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
If you are not satisfied with a remedy under the 14-days change of mind period and/or you feel that your ACL rights are not being appropriately observed, then you can submit your concerns in writing to escalation@reebelo.com.au.
