If your item arrived in a condition that's different from the listing, and it's within the 14-day change-of-mind return policy, you can choose between a repair/replacement or a refund. Note that your rights under ACL for faulty devices are not limited to this period.
Once you submit a claim, our team will review the details and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return label. Once the device has been delivered to the vendor, it will undergo inspection and the vendor will proceed with your desired resolution. If you select a repair and that's not possible, the vendor can offer a replacement or refund.
To start a 14-day change-of-mind return claim follow the steps outlined here.
Alternatively, if your order has passed the 14-day change-of-mind return period but is still under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund if the device has a major fault. To return the item under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty, follow the steps outlined here.
Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
