We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your device.
You're welcome to return it to the vendor for inspection. The vendor will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Please note that this process does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the device has a major fault, and these rights are not limited by specific warranty periods.
Once you submit a claim, our team will review the details and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return label. Once the device has been delivered to the vendor, it will undergo inspection and the vendor will proceed with an appropriate resolution. If you prefer a repair and that's not possible, the vendor can offer a replacement or refund.
To return the item under the 30-day change-of-mind return period follow the steps outlined here.
To return the item under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty, follow the steps outlined here.
Important Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You're entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
If you are not satisfied with a remedy under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty period and/or you feel that your ACL rights are not being appropriately observed, then you can submit your concerns in writing to escalation@reebelo.com.au.
