You can make a pre-shipment cancellation request as long as vendor has not marked the order for dispatch. To make a request, log into your account and navigate to "My Orders". Under the applicable item, click the "Help" link and follow the prompts to request cancellation.
In the following form, select the reason for cancellation,
Once your request is made it will be immediately sent to the vendor for processing. To set appropriate expectations, know that once your order is placed and entered into our vendor's system, intercepting it for cancellation can prove challenging (even when the vendor hasn't yet shipped the order).
If the vendor approves the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the order is already processing and can't be canceled, we'll let you know and kindly ask that you receive the package and return the package with the prepaid return label that will be provided to you.
