For a repair, once the device has been returned and delivered to our vendor, it can take up to 3 business days for our vendor to inspect, repair and provide you with the tracking details of your device. This does not include the time for the device to be returned to the vendor and the time for the repaired/replacement device send back to you.
Please note that once your repaired device has been shipped, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will aim to work with the vendor to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
