Reebelo will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred for assessment or repairs undertaken by a third party under the 12-Month-Vendor Warranty. The 12-Month-Vendor Warranty offered by Reebelo is covered exclusively by the vendor from whom the original purchase was made. Any repairs or assessments made to the device by a third party will void this warranty. In such cases, unauthorised or unapproved work that's done to the device by a third party will not be reimbursed.

If you're making a claim under your extended ReebeloCare Warranty, we may, in some cases, advise sending the device to a local repair store that's within our partner network. As long as this claim is approved by Reebelo ahead of the repair being undertaken, these repairs can be claimed for reimbursement upon submission of an approved invoice or quote for repair.
